I purchased the Kid-Tough Digital Camera from Fisher Price. It was a bit pricey but worth it just to see my kids smile. I'm trying to get away from the loud, repetitive noisy toys. My sister visits from afar and brings her two digital cameras. She let the kids take photos with her really nice cameras. They really enjoyed it. I, myself, choose not to let them use my camera. I'm afraid they will break it.

Now they have a camera of their own. It has some really cool features for toddlers. I noticed the camera came in pink and also blue. I chose blue only because I felt it would not show dirt as easily. It is waterproof! It is kid tough meaning it can withstand being dropped repeatedly. The camera is for 3+ years old. It takes four AAA batteries which are not included. There is a 1.5" color LCD preview screen for little ones to see the photos right away.

Yes, more features! You can download photos to your computer to print, edit or email. USB cable in the box. Stores 500 photos. Auto flash. Big buttons. The camera has two eyepieces sort of like binoculars for little ones to see the object or person to photograph. The camera is encased in a sturdy rubber housing to protect from breakage.

So if your kids are really interested in your camera, try the Fisher Price Kid Tough brand. My kids just love their camera. They get to take their own pictures and actually see the results in a photo.
