This book is almost like a life handbook to me. "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff...and it's all small stuff", is written by Richard Carlson, Ph.D, and in this book he covers all the little things that can drive you crazy, and gives very helpful advice on how to not sweat the small stuff. I love this book. I keep referring back to it on numerous occasions, because the advice is straightforward, down-to-earth and very helpful. I have the softback version that is small enough to fit in a purse, and I've been known to take this book with me when I knew I would be waiting in line somewhere or in a waiting room. There are 246 pages, and Dr. Carlson speaks gems of wisdom on every page. I find myself looking at my life and the things that bother me in a whole new light after reading this book. It is published by Hyperion, and is the only book in my book collection that I have read several times already, and intend to read again. If you haven't already read this book, I would recommend that you try it. This book will definitely have you looking at those little day-to-day annoyances in a completely different way.
