Capitalizing on the succes of the Mario franchise, Nintendo decided to switch professions for Mario from a plumber to a doctor. This time Mario's task is to defeat viruses using medicine pills. The game plays ver much like Tetris but with a twist of matching colors with the viruses. The game playing field lookslike a medicine bottle.

The viruses come in three colors - red, yellow and blue. The medicine capsules come in six combinations - red-red, yellow-yellow, blue-blue, red-blue, red-yellow and blue-yellow. The levels finishes once all the viruses have been eliminated. The game however ends at stage 40 and just loops afterward back to stage 40.

The game just like tetris is highly addictive. I just wish that there was an ending to the game instead of looping. I guess most of the simple NES games were guilty of that.
