We have just returned from a short trip to Branson, during which we stayed at the Eagle's Nest Resort. The resort offers nice two-bedroom condos overlooking a beautiful wooded area and a lake. There were three of us on the trip: myself, my husband, and my mom, so it made perfect sense to rent this condo rather than pay for two separate rooms at a hotel.
We loved our temporary home the moment we entered it: very clean and nicely furnished, it had everything one could wish for - TV's in the living room and in each bedroom, a fireplace, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, and kitchen with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, and all kinds of plates, glasses and cooking utensils. We did not plan to cook on the trip, but it was still nice to have those, and we did eventually use some of the tableware.
I did not plan to do any laundry during the trip, either, so I was not disappointed when it turned out that the washer was out of order. That, however, was the only potential drawback. Other than that, everything was next to perfect at Eagle's Nest.
