Last summer I read an interesting article on First magazine. It was about a new way to lose weight, a new eating philosophy. Eat all the calories and carbs you want and lose weight.There is a book written by Mr. Roger Troy Wilson called « Let's Do Lunch ». Mr Troy was overweight many years ago.. after many trials and errors, he discovered that certain carbs are good and others aren't. He lost 230 pounds and 24 inches from his waist with this new way of eating and he has kept it off.
I have ordered his book and it's quite interesting. I have followed this new way of eating for a month and I have lost 5 pounds eating everytime I was hungry. In this book you will learn that it's ok to eat unprocessed starchy carbs, but it's not to eat processed ones.
The book has 183 pages. It explains in detail this new way of eating and there is also many recipes included. The best part about this eating program is the online forum. People help each other over there. Here are the links.
I can't say it is easy to eat this way but people who has followed this way of eating for a long period of time say it will get easier and that you won't crave for bad food after a while
