What to feed a picky, cranky toddler that doesn't seem to want to eat anything? That is the dilema that I am now facing with my two year old. He loves to drink and would rather drink all day than eat solid food. So, rather than letting his food choices dictate his daily nutrition, I've decided to supplement his diet with Enfagrow Toddler.
It is for toddlers from 1 - 3 years old. It is high in iron and calcium. Each 850g can has 23 200mL servings. The flavours are vanilla and plain. It is easy to mix. You just add 4 scoops of the powder to warm water (I boil the water first and then allow it to cool). Shake it up or mix with spoon in his sippy cup and serve!
Each 200mL serving packs a whopping 23 vitamins and minerals. I normally give one cup to him in the morning and right before bed to ensure that he's getting the right amount of nutrition. He loves the vanilla more than he likes the plain flavour. I'm just glad that I can get him to drink this twice a day and no matter what he's eaten (or has decided not to eat) he still gets the nutrition that he needs. Thank goodness for Enfagrow Toddler!
