I love water as everyone should. As a person who care about the environment and packaging issues around certain disposable items I have always been keen to use tap water and filters for my daily intake. I did use the Brita Jugs for w ahile but always found them hasslesome. They took place on the counter top, never fit in the fridge and the lifetime of the filter was just 30 days or less (the amount I drink) which mean having to change/ buy filters all the time.

Then at a home show, I wandered to the Brita stand where they were selling their then new Brita taps. Enjoy instant Brita filtered water fresh from these top quality Francis Pegler taps! These specially developed water filter taps offer all the benefits you'd expect from Brita filtered water: less limescale, less chlorine and fewer impurities.

The unique Brita cartridge fits discreetly under the sink and delivers 500 litres of Brita filtered water. (In my household that lasts 3 months or more). A handy indicator at the base of the tap uses a traffic light system (green/amber/ red) to tell you when the cartridge needs changing. The changeover takes less than a minute as the cartridge just screws on and off so you can easily change the cartridge yourself. The initial installation in the UK was done by a Brita approved plumber which was fine as when the bought the tap, it was just a matter of a phone call to book in a date and everything else was done for me.

With the ease and availability of filtered water I now use filtered water not just for drinking but cooking and teas/ coffees too. I just love my Brita Filter Tap and would recommend one to each and every one of you out there!
