The Ergo baby carrier is extremely comfortable, and my daughter LOVES it! She is almost 5 months old and is a bit over 16lbs. I have decided to be a stay at home mom, so I need to get things done around the house. I have been able to carry her, keep her close and still get my housework done, and grocery shopping is much easier now, since I have the cart and two hands free!

It is so easy to use, I can put it on all by myself. The learning curve for this product is like 5 minutes, unlike other sling type carriers on the market. I had my husband spot me the first time we tried it, and really that wasn't even necessary (although recommended). Now I can do it in a snap!

You can carry your baby in front, on your back or hip. The front and back are very comfy for us, but the hip position is a little awkward right now, I think it will be better when she is taller.

The first time I put her in it, she smiled and giggled and within 15 minutes she was asleep. That first time, I carried her for almost 2 hrs without even realizing it! No back or shoulder pain at all!

What I also love about this product is that if the baby is sleeping, you can take them off without waking them. It is so easy to do from the front position or the back! I have yet to try this with the hip position. I have carried my daughter all around the house and when she is asleep, I can lay her on the bed to continue her nap. There is also a sleeping hood attached to the product. So when the baby falls asleep, you can pull up and snap a comfy hood in place so their head doesn't flop around; this can also be used as a sun shade or privacy shield for nursing.

I ordered this product from the company's website and delivery was super quick! The construction of the product is outstanding and the information provided was excellent. Also, I have the new and improved version, so the chest straps are not removeable as in the older version of the product, I like this since they can easily be lost; there were also changes made to the sleeping hood. I'm very glad I have this newer version. It is well worth the cost, especially since the maxium weight for the carrier is 40lbs, many other carriers max out at 25lbs--So you can carry your baby comfortably for quite a while.

I highly recommend the Ergo Baby Carrier...It Rocks!
