I bought these exercise resistance tubes because I wanted to try some different exercises that didn't require hand weights. I like using free weights but these seemed to be more versatile. These resistance tubes increase your flexibility and increase your muscle tone. They are super easy to use!
I use the stretchy bands to do many different exercises like over head presses to curls. Just about any exercise you can do with free weights you can do with these. The hand grips are very padded and comfortable to hold on to when working out. Depending on the specific exercise, the tubes can be used as they are or you can wrap them around your hands or grab them further down the tube to make them shorter. You increase the resistance by making them shorter. Another way to increase the resistance is to change your stance. If you open your feet wider it will shorten the tubing and make it harder to stretch.
I love that I can pack these up in my suitcase and take them along when I travel. They don't weigh much and there is no worry about them breaking.
