This is the first Rachael Ray magazine I have purchased. It is the collector's issue, and she has a lot of good menu ideas and recipes for holiday meals. The only two drawbacks for me are the price (I think $10.00 is a lot of money for a magazine) and the fact that it isn't a little thicker. It has 144 pages total (including the index) and I would have liked it to have a little more to it.

Anyway, Rachael Ray does have a lot of good menu ideas in this magazine. She has egg dishes, pancakes and french toast, breakfast cakes, salads, soups, stoups and stews (I never knew a stoup was thicker than a soup and thinner than a stew), turkey and gravy, stuffing, cranberry sauce, leftovers, meat and poultry, pasta, and more. There are questions and answers and tips throughout the magazine, and loads of photos so you know what the food is supposed to look like. :)

All in all, it is a pretty good magazine. I just wish it were thicker for the price I paid.
