Exercise For Fitness With Jetstream

I have been using jetstream studio 3 for 4 years. It has helped me developed my muscles.

Options available:

Weights: 45.5 kg and can be upgraded

Exercices: 20+

Pulleys; Often get block

Cords: nylon but the black protection on it get used quickly and need to be changed but easily available at Gym centers,

Can develop your shoulder, chest, arm.

It lack exercises for weight lost, have developed my arms, chest and shoulder, leg and so on, but no options for my fat belly.

The seat is quite comfortable and when you sweat it does not absorb your sweat. At the end you jsut need to clean the seat and it as if new.

The grip on the hand bars are disappointing, you get bruise on your hand when you continue using it, nut its my fault, i should have bought a glove for that.

The problem is that the bars, seats, and for all exercises you cannot adjust the equipment for your comforts. Only the weight is adjustable.

It necessitates maintainance such as greasing of the pulleys and chords.

Overall it is a good fitness equipment for home use.
