I have been battling the scale all my life and I have found only a few things that really help me make it just a little easier. A friend told me about the tapes called WALKING OFF THE POUNDS by Leslie Sansone, so I tried her tapes. I enjoyed the work out levels on each tape, so I purchased my own set of videos. I do not mind working out at my on pace, doing it when I can and in the privacy of my own home. The workout start with 15 minutes to get your muscles toned to the movements and the video increase from 30 minutes to the final 45 minutes. I really felt good after the first week, I have been trying to continue with the tapes. When you leave off and start over you get that good hurt and you know that it is working for you. These are the best tapes I have ever purchased to work out with and I have tried alot. They are the WALK AWAY THE POUNDS with the weighted balls-- so you are working out your arms as well as the rest of your body. Just to get to that little extra burn it feels so good. If you give them a try I know you will enjoy it too. I think I will more than get my monies worth of this purchase.
