I love it, I love it! I have had Fairwinds for all of my banking services for 7 years now and I have never run into a problem with them rather it is online or in person. Everyone that works for this company reguardless of which branch it is has always been very prfoessional and always willing to assist. When I first started this online banking, I called the bank and had a customer service professional walk me through the signing up process, within ten minutes I was done. This online banking is the best thing created online. I use this to pay every one of my bills online. Not only does it get there in time but it is guaranteed to be delivered by the due date as oppossed to sending it in the mail where everything gets lost and stuck in mail space somewhere. I get on to my bank account and look at it and pay bills atleast once a day. It was very user friendly and very easy to set up. I have never had a problem (knock on wood) with my bills not being paid. The only time I ever had an issue was when my work didnt pay us on time and the bank deducted my account for all the bills that I set up to be paid that day anyways. But after I called them and explained to them what happened they gladly refunded the fees for not having enough money in my account to cover those bills. All in all i have never had a problem with this bank and I would recommend it to anyone.
