Feeling Frilly

For those of you who read my reviews, you probably know by now that I'm a "girly girl." I love things that are feminine. This is an adorable top that I purchased at TJ Maxx for $16.99. It retails for $30.00. It is a black stretch material, with a ruffled collar, and a double row of ruffles halfway up the front. There are also small black buttons in the chest area that are very sparkly. It is sleeveless with a double row of ruffles on the shoulders. These are not those big ruffles that look like a schoolgirl. The material is so amazingly soft, and the ruffles are small, and don't stick out. They are close to the material. It's not overkill, like some ruffled blouses, that just irritate and annoy you.

I unbuttoned a couple of the top buttons and wore a rhinestone choker with the shirt, which was just perfect for a dinner out at Olive Garden. (I also wore a Chicos light jacket, since I don't have arms like Michelle Obama-LOL! I wish...)

This shirt is hand washable in cold water, and I can see why. The fit was a little snug, and I have a feeling that it could easily shrink, if I put it in warm or hot water, and the dryer. So I will hand wash and hang to dry.

My husband noticed this top immediately, and said how pretty it was, so I'm very happy with it!
