My doctor prescribed FGF tablets to me. I had a blood test more than three months ago and he said that I had iron deficiency and I needed to take Iron tablets as well as eat iron-rich foods. However, I cannot eat most of the iron-rich foods because of my problem with food intolerance.

FGF is for the prevention and treatment of iron and folate deficiency. It is funny though that FGF tablets are specifically made for women who are pregnant or breast-feeding and I am neither of the two. However, I can tell that FGF is the best iron and folate supplement for me because I really recovered with my anemia or iron deficiency. I had another blood test last week and my doctor was happy with the result. He advised me though to continue taking FGF for maintenance.

I have read somewhere before that vitamins and supplement tablets for pregnant women are the best to take when experiencing vitamin deficiencies because they are highly formulated and really work. No wonder why my doctor prescribed FGF to me which is intended as pregnancy supplement.

The small bottle of FGF contains 30 tablets and costs $12.95Ausd. That is good for a month as I only need one tablet a day. One more thing that I like about FGF is that I never experience the feeling of throwing up after taking it, which I experienced with other iron tablets even if I had them with food or after a meal.
