A few years ago, when Finding Nemo just came out, my sister and I were very excited and went to see it. What we saw was way beyond our expectations. Finding Nemo is one of my most favorite movies of all time.
In the movie, a little clown fish named Nemo is living in the Pacific Ocean, and after purposly disobeying his father, gets caught by two scubadivers and is brought to Sydney to be put into a tank in a dentist's office, where he meets a bunch of other fish, including one from the ocean, too. Meanwhile, Nemo's father, Marlin, is at wit's end searching for him. In his search, he meets Dory, a fish with short-term memory loss. Together, they swim across the whole ocean looking for Nemo.
Finding Nemo was a really touching story. It showed that family bonds are really important. When Nemo felt as though his father was being overprotective, he decided to disobey him. This can be common in our society, and we as kids must learn that parents only do this because they love us, but they sometimes do go overboard. And if this ever happens, communicate with them. I truly loved this movie.
