Fiskars paper trimmers are a must have, if your into scrapbooking, card making, or any type of paper crafts.
I have two different sizes. The smaller size will cut paper width's up to 8 ½" (22 cm) and the larger trimmer will trim paper width's up to 12" (30 cm). Both trimmers are made of durable plastic with a clear, see-through cutting ruler. The blade attaches to the ruler and is replaceable. The blades easily pop in and out when they need to be replaced. The blades actually last a long time before they get dull. Blade cartridges come in a pack of two for only about $3.99.
The measurement markings on the ruler and the grid markings on the base make it easy to line up your paper for a nice straight cut you just can't get with scissors. The ruler lifts up making it easy to place the paper in the right position. When your paper is lined up correctly, it just takes a quick swipe of the blade across the width to trim your paper or photo. You can cut up to 5 sheets of paper at once. It easily cuts photos, construction paper or card stock, even some light cardboard.
The smaller trimmer has holes that allow you to store it on the rings of a binder. The larger trimmer has a pull out ruler for getting longer length's of paper aligned.
