My husband and I wanted larger USB drives that would hold larger amounts of data and information on them. So when I was at Wal-Mart, I came across a few in the electronics section. I knew I was going to get at least an 8GB drive and was happy to see they were less than $20. I had just seen these same USB drives in Circuit City when they were having their "closeout" sale and they were $40 at the sale price. Glad I price checked first.

I absolutely love my 8GB Sandisk USB Flash Drive! I use this flash drive to download videos from my computer and show them to the kids at our youth group. I also use it to download PowerPoint slideshows and play them on the church computer.

This 8GB USB drive has never let me down and I use it several times a week. On Sundays, I download our Pastor's audio sermons from both the morning and evening services in .wav format and then install and convert them to .mp3 and upload to iTunes and also place them on the church website.

Downloading, uploading and transferring audio, video, photos, and data files is easy to do. There is no additional software to install when using this USB drive. You just plug it in, do what you need to and then it's good to go.

I wish this USB drive would have come with a neck strap, like my 512mb one did, but I just hung them both on the same strap and it's fine.

The USB plug part of this drive is the white part and you just press down slightly with your thumb, slide out the drive connection and plug it into your computer. It is compatible with both PCs and MACs. I love that I don't need to worry about losing the cap, since it's self-contained in the black case.

This drive is 2.0 x 0.75 x 0.25 and comes with instructions in English, Spanish, French and Portugese.

My next one will be either a 16GB or maybe a 32GB and I'd like this same design.
