I ordered this longboard for use on campus. I wanted a smaller board so that it would have a tighter turning radius.
The board shipped with Tracker trucks and kryptonics 78a wheels. The trucks are perfect for the board, with the Superball bushings they are very responsive and snap back for pumping very well. The kyrptonics wheels were good at first, but after the outer layer was worn away they started to slide out on me a lot during hard turns. I replaced these wheels with Tunnel Rocks 68a and now this board is a perfect slalom machine.
The board is quite small at 29" long and is perfect for sidewalk surfing, not to mention you can fit it easily under your seat in classes.
The clear material used to make the board is extremely flexible and durable. I have dropped the board off 10 foot ledges and rammed it into the sidewalk many times and it's barely been dented. The board flexes into your turns so that you can pump back with a decent amount of return energy. The ride is very smooth as the polycarbonate material acts as a great shock absorber.
Unfortunately the construction process of these boards requires them to be flat, so the kicktail is not angled. It is still functional for kickturning but it is difficult to perform wheely slides with the short, flat kicktail.
This board quickly became the favorite of my collection and is great for all around use. I have bombed hills at over 30mph with it no problem and its a lot of fun at the park.
