I purchased this Mr. Clean "mop" hoping that it would help in cleaning my shower tiles and also the bathroom floors. It seemed simple enough but honestly, it isn't any comparison to my Swiffer mop.

The pre-moistened "pads" you purchase separately come in packs of 8. The starter kit I purchased came with 4 "pads". I am emphasizing the "pads" because while they do slip onto the rubber mop end, you have to "lock" the ends onto the back side of the mop head. For this reason, I don't like the mop assembly. I just don't like having to touch the cleaning product, compared again to the Swiffer pad that I can just place on the floor and sit the mop head on it and it's ready to go. If you don't "snap" or lock the corners of this pad in, the pad will come off.

I didn't find this tile cleaner/ mop thing to be very easy when cleaning the shower walls. They do make a scrubber type pad to that you can moisten with water but I was looking for ease of cleaning.

The cleaning solution on the pads is ok but I was not able to use only one pad for my shower wall and tub. I think this is a waste of money because the pads could become costly. I did try the moistened pads on my tile floor but had to re-mop the floor with water to clean up the residue.

This product just isn't that great and as you can see from my pictures, it hangs in my garage on the mop rack.
