I have been a Kay Scarpetta fan for many years, so when I saw this cook book "Secrets From Kay Scarpetta's Kitchen, " Food To Die For, of course I had to have a copy of this to add to my collection. This is a fun book for any Patricia Cornwell fan. It includes recipes from many of her books, such as Bev's Lump Crab Cakes from Unnatural Exposure, Miami Style Chili with beer from All That Remains, and Jack Daniels Chocolate Pecan Pie from The Body Farm.
Not only is this is a great cook book, but it is also entertaining with passages from The Scarpetta series. I must admit, I believe these recipes are very beyond my skills in the kitchen. I hope that eventually I will be able to prepare some of these recipes without messing them up in the very near future.
