The book "For Women Only" by Shaunti Feldhahn has the following subtitle: "What you need to know about the inner lives of men." Having anonymously interviewed over one thousand men, the author shares the results of her research with us, women - wives, girlfriends, mothers. She asked the men questions about what is really important to them; about things they wish their wives knew but do not know how to explain.
We know guys are different from us; we think we know how. Yet, there are many things we miss or underestimate, as this book shows. I had done some reading on the subject of man and woman differences before; perhaps that is why I did not come across any huge eye-openers. However, there were some things that I knew only on the surface, and the book provided a more detailed, and personal, look at how deep they run for most men. We gals can easily dismiss something which is not so important for us but is fundamental, as it turns out, to our guys. (Guys can do the same, too, but this book isn't for them).
I would advise any lady who wants to understand her man better and have a better relationship with him to read this book.
