Ford Field Stadium is in Detroit, Michigan. I have been there a few times to see the Detroit Lions Football games. It has 65, 000 seats and each of them are great views of the field. It is an awesome stadium! It was built in 2002 at a cost of $500 million dollars.
One wall of the stadium is the bricked wall of an old warehouse from the 1920's. It was a great idea to include it in the construction instead of tearing it down to make room for the new stadium. At one end of Ford Field there is a glass wall. If you look out that glass wall you will see a beautiful view of Detroit's skyline.
I wondered how many bathrooms this new stadium had. It always seems that there are never enough when there is a big crowd. I was impressed to find out that there are 105 bathrooms, 43 Men's, 49 Women's and 13 Family. That doesn't include the bathrooms for the private suites.
I have only been to the stadium for football games but they also hold other types of events there like concerts, banquets, tradeshows, business meetings, conventions and other sporting events.
I would highly recommend attending any type of event at Ford Field Stadium. I was really impressed!
