I have struggled with my skin for years and tried countless products! But, ever the optimist, I like to try new "improved" products. So when I first heard about FreeDerm I must admit I was sceptical and understandably so, after all I have tried roughly about 20 products! So I decided to try one of their products and I decided on this wash for the reason that it was the cheapest of the lot. So it says on the bottle, "Controls excess sebum" and "Advanced deep pore cleansing action".
"Controls Excess Sebum"
In this area the wash was very successful and my skin felt noticeably less oily but not to the extent that my skin was stripped and irritated. So I decided to use it daily and if I followed with a moisturiser it did make me think it was working. However, I saw no decrease in the amount of breakouts I was suffering with. And my current spots weren't faded quicker at all. The only upside was that though my breakouts weren't fewer they weren't as severe. So in some respect I suppose the product was a success however I discontinued my use after I had used up my supply and I have now found a natural way of keeping my skin clear. Overall I give this product 2.5 out of 5. It was easy to use but a bit messy and as far as I'm concerned did not do what it advertised.
