This is a thin, purple yoga mat that came with a matching bag and an instructional video featuring Rodney Yee. I'm not sure what happened to the video, but it was short (about 10 or 15 minutes long) and easy to follow (good for beginners; sort of a brief introduction video, but I can not remember what the title was). The mat is thinner than my other yoga mats; it does not offer much padding, so depending on the type of floor you practice on, certain poses can be a little painful on pressure points. But, this mat is stickier than my other mats, and it has held up through several washings (on the gentle cycle, of course, and rolled in a towel to remove excess water, then hung up to dry). I liked the idea of being able to sling my yoga mat over my shoulder and carry it that way, but I do not really use the bag it came with. The bag is made out of a mesh or netting material (it has holes in it), so it can be a bit of a challenge to get the mat into the bag - it does not just slip right in.
