Action figures come in all sorts of shapes and sizes. The Pet Shop action figures are the talk of the town. Every little girl around is competing to gather these toys up along with the play sets and accessories that come with the single and twin pet packs. The Pet Shop frenzy is a seven-year-olds dream.

Harmony Breeze is a hardcore, Pet Shop collector. She saves her allowance to purchase accessory packs from Wal-Mart for $4.44 each. Some of these packs may have two pets in them or just one pet and some add-on room or cage that can be used along with the larger play sets. These accessories can be used individually by them selves with one or two pets.

Harmony has twenty-six Pet Shop action figures in her collection. She insisted on taking this picture, and doing this review with me to show parents what every little girl wants. She spent time setting up her play set with all of her pets to get a family photo of the pets together for your enjoyment.

As a parent of five kids between the ages of seven and twenty-four, I know the importance of your child having an interest in collectibles. The boys all collected cards, Hot Wheels, and marbles. This is a great thing for Harmony, in that it teaches her to be responsible, and to take care of all of the small parts and accessories

The entire Pet shop world of toys is a genius creation that should be around for many years to come. The tiny little creatures have magnetic feet to keep them attached to things, and to operate the magnetic switches in the play sets. Harmony spends many hours playing with all of her new additions.

I would say that this toy has a great potential to be like the Beanie babies of the 80's and 90's, that often fetched 100 times their values from collectors that went hay-wire trying to horde them up. There could be a repeat of such a circumstance with this toy.

Before I give you a strong push towards encouraging action figurine play for your child, I will say this: "These are so cute with there wobbly little heads."

Harmony sums this up with a description of her two most favorite pets. She says, "My two favorite pets are very cute and cuddly hamsters named ‘Hamsties' and ‘Alexia'. Hamsties has pretty blue eyes, cute pink paws, and a real smooth head. Alexia is very pretty. She has swirls on her tummy and tiny yellow paws. She has small ears. They are my favorites because they are very, very small and really cute."
