We purchased this freezer a month ago. It has been wonderful. It is just the right size for a small family (2 adults, 1 child). It has a built-in basket, not just that small shelf-thing you see on other freezers. It came with one movable basket, which was a bit of a disappointment, since the model we actual saw on the floor had two movable baskets in addition to the built-in basket.

I like the built-in basket the best. It holds box items perfectly (frozen pizzas, waffles, things like that), and if you put those box items on the bottom, it can hold a ton of frozen vegetables in bags.

The temperature control is simple to use, and the instructions are clear and easy to read. It is perfect for short people because it isn't very deep, so I can still reach the things at the bottom without falling into the freezer.

The warranty that came with it was VERY limited, but the extra warranty was really cheap and covered mechanical and caused-by-you malfunctions for 3 years. The overall price was excellent compared to some of the freezers at appliance stores. It was also very light so I was able to help my husband when we lifted it from the truck.

The only drawback that I have fond is that it is a manual defrost system, which is going to be a pain when we have to do it. The good news is that you only have to defrost it every 6 months or so, and it does have a water drain so defrosting won't be that bad.

Overall, it has worked out great for us.
