We had been thinking about getting a George Foreman grill for over a month. We thought of all the things that we could make with it and how wonderful it would be, but to buy one that would do what we wanted and would be of a good family size we would have to spend more money then we wanted to. Well, Black Friday brought about deals and we saw the George Foreman G2 20G Grill/Griddle combo and we jumped. It was only $33 and we figured it would be large enough for our small family.

After bringing it home we tried it with hamburgers first. It drained two drip pans full of fat from the burgers while keeping the meat tender, juicy, and delicious. I was amazed. Next went on a meal of grilled chicken and tender veggies done on the griddle. It was amazing still. Lots of fat taken off, great cooking time, and wonderful tender, juicy meat.

My biggest concern for buy this item was the fact that the plates weren't removable and I was concerned it would be hard to clean. Not so! A wet sponge does the trick and it is clean and ready for next time!

I have even taken a liking to cooking lunch in it. Each day I make a cheese quesadilla or grilled sandwich. It is easy, fast, and clean. Plus, the George Foreman grill even gets extra fat out of the cheese!

I must say, I am very impressed and thrilled with this product. I see only one downfall. We have a small apartment kitchenette (not even worthy of the title Kitchen). There isn't really counter space to make it easy to use this large product and storing it is an absolute pain. Other then that, it is worth the $33 we spent on it and even the $50 it normally cost. For those interested, it can be found for $50 on Amazon.com!
