I bought these sleepers to have something comfortable for my baby when she was born- I should have saved my money. I love this style of sleeper, since the design makes it easy to pop her from crib into Exersaucer or highchair, which you can't do with a sleepsack- you'd have to change them first.
I decided to go with Gerber mainly because of the name. Unfortunately I was very disappointed in the quality and durability of them. When I opened the package (which had been sealed up to that point) one of the sleepers already had a seam ripped along the zipper. I figured no biggie, gave it to my older daughter to put on her dolls, and kept the other two. Within a week, both of the remaining sleepers had ripped along the same seam! I was less than happy, to say the least.
Also, I was not particularly happy with the sizing, as they ran very small- I managed to fix the zippers by sewing them, but she had outgrown the 0-3 month size after only one month! Granted, she is a big baby, but at that point she was still wearing her 0-3 month Carter's outfits with no problem.
If you're in the market for sleepers for a new baby, skip these and go for Carter's.
