I received The Fight for Christmas and was eager to see how it worked with the Playstation Move. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that The Fight is a very good Move game and provides a good building blocking for fighting and motion games in the future.

The overall design and layout of The Fight is probably the biggest downfall of the game. Set up in a mostly black and white environment, the game presents itself as a dirty, low budget version of the "Sin City" movie. One positive part of the design of the game is the wide array of backgrounds and environments for you to play in. While training your character, you have the option of 6-minigames in the gym, from endurance boxing, to sparring, to target practice. Fighting your way up the ranks, there are tons of environments to fight in and be apart of.

Being that The Fight is a Playstation Move game, the big question is how the game plays using two Move motion controllers. The response of the Move controllers is actually quite positive. There is a wide range of motions that you can make with the motion controllers, from normal punches and uppercuts, to more advanced hammer fists. The response is not perfect, but fast enough that you don't really get annoyed with it. As well, the motion controller gameplay allows for quite a workout, which the game tracks as well.

Overall, the game is a positive release for the Playstation and The Move. The game is not perfect, as expected, but it is a step in the right direction and should be a must-buy for anybody looking to test out The Move.
