Pop Tarts come in many different flavors, but my grandson wanted me to look for the ones that say Fiber, and are chocolate fudge flavored. I will say, there are few places that i can find these where we live. He is only ten, but somewhere he had these and now thats all he will eat. They have the taste of fiber, and increase the whole grains and fiber in your diet. These special type of Pop Tarts have 20% of daily value and contain 5g total fat per serving. They come in chocolate fudge, frosted strawberry, and sugar cinnamon.. Boxed with eight toaster pasteries, which can be warmed in a toaster or eaten cold. Either way they are very good, and equal one serving of whole grain.
I do have a hard time finding these, and they are usually alittle more costly than the regular Pop Tarts. Big Lots carries them, for $1.50 a box, which is a good price, but the regular grocery stores don't have them. We try to buy all we can, because we know we aren't going to find them around here very often. I'm glad he knows that fiber in his diet is good for him.
