Even though I am a huge horror movie fan, it's not the only thing I watch. I do love great comedy and comedians. Since I have Fibromyalgia, it helps quite a bit to have something to help me distract my mind from the pain, and comedies are a great way to do just that.One of my favorite comedians to watch is Robin Williams. He always manages to make me laugh with his antics. I love the way he has a knack for a seemingly effortless way of just pulling things off of the top of his head for a laugh. Whether it be a gesture, a joke, slapstick, you name it! So far there is no one that has the same technique he does in the comedy business, that makes me laugh like he can.
He's especially great in his "Live on Broadway" performance! I could watch it time and time again and still laugh. One of my favorites is the "cat" joke he tells, which I'm sure you "cat people" out there will find hilarious too! The great thing about the dvd is digging into the special features like:
* Behind the scenes : Backstage before the broadcast
* Robin Williams interview
* Hidden "Easter Egg"
* and more
If you love Robin Williams like I do, and haven't seen this one, go rent it or buy it, you'll be laughing in no time!
