Girl on DVD is a movie starring Sean Patrick Flannery and Domonique Swain that came out in 1998. This is one of the few movies I've seen in my life that I've actually regretted watching, and ended up turning it off half way through it. Flannery plays a local musician named Todd Sparrow who is a highly respected musician in his local area, and has quite a cult following. He also ends up with a couple of groupies, one of which is played by Swain. She meets Sparrow because her best friend is an aspiring musician, and they run into each other at various local clubs and venues. I don't know why, but this movie just didn't grab my attention. I usually like movies based around rock and roll, but this one had no direction, and the Swain's obsession with Flannery seemed a bit odd. Overall, I'd give the movie 2 stars.
