Glade* French Vanilla Scented Candles are real winners. And who doesn't like the smell of soft, creamy, french vanilla? French Vanilla may well be one of everybody's favorite scents to smell.
What makes this Glade French Vanilla candle better than others is that it's made with essential oils. In other words, the essence of the fragrance is directly extracted from its natural source, in this case, the vanilla bean. It doesn't get much more pure than when a commercially sold fragrance holds as close to its original source of smell as Glade does when making this candle with the essential oils of the vanilla bean.
The price is the only drawback for me, but then again I'm not the one that buys them-the lil lady buys them. She gets these candles from Family Dollar. Everybody knows how inexpensive Family dollar can be, except when it comes to Glade's French Vanilla made with essential oils candle. They go for about three, four dollars a piece. And it's a little candle-all of maybe two inches high. And they burn for about two to four hours. That's about a dollar an hour when you break down the price relative to the burn time. Additionally, they only burn about three quarters of the way down. But she keeps buying them, nonetheless.
I'm a life-long lover of the vanilla scent. And I can say in all honesty, that this particular vanilla scent from Glade is really pure and a genuinely creamy vanilla aroma-one of the best I've ever smelled. If it wasn't for the price I'd probably give the Glade French Vanilla made with essential oils candle an overall rating of a five out of five. If you love a really pure, creamy, vanilla scent which isn't overpowering with too much sweet vanilla in the air, then this line of candles by Glade is a winner.
