After having my car broken into a few months where my old sunnies were stolen, my girlfriend took it upon herself to buy me a new pair of sunnies, as well as a hat for our odd games of tennis. She picked me up a pair of Meares Glarefoil Sunglases from a glasses speciality store, and costing $40, were a bit more then the average no name brand of sunnies. From what i've been told, these are different to my last pair, as the sunglasses themselves adjust to the sun, and actually have a foil like material to reduce uv rays, unlike cheap sunnies that are just made of a dark, slightly reflective plastic.

The sunglasses seem relatively solid, where the hinges on the side have no play, meaning that once they're shut they stay shut till you open them. Unlike some sunnies that have nose rests inbetween the eyes, these sunnies just have the normal plastic curve which is meant to hug" (so to speak) your nose. One problem i do find about these sunnies that i haven't mentioned before (due to them being a present), is that they are relatively plain, and although they do the job, they're quite boring and standard.

No matter what sunglasses you get, i think everyone should have a pair. Sunglasses help protect your eyes and stop that annoying squinting that causes unwanted bags".
