The Golf Pride New Decade Multicompound grip is extremely popular on many of the major professional golf tours right now. I think what people like the best about it is the fact that there is a wide variety of colors so you can choose whatever is your favorite, or matches your bag, etc. Personally, I had a few problems with these grips. First, the fact that the top and bottom of the grip are made of two different materials can be a bit awkward in your hands because you receive a different feel from the club in each hand so it throws you off. The top is more standard feeling whereas the bottom can be a little slippery. Also, I thought that they were a little to thin in the hands which means that they would have a tendancy to cause you to turn it over too quickly.
