If you want to be a surgeon, you should definitely get this game. It teaches you all you need to know to decide if that career is right for you. It consists of a board with the diagram of a man and holes in which you place little plastic "organs" that you will later have to remove with tweezers. But watch out, because the holes are surrounded by metal borders. If you touch them with your tweezers, the man's nose will buzz very loudly and turn red.
You remove organs depending on the card you draw and get money for each time you have a successful extraction. You can earn even more by getting an organ out that another player missed on his or her turn. The player with the most money at the end of the game wins.
This game can be nerve-wracking, but it is fun for all ages. Be careful with small children, since there are some small parts.
I can't say every time I've played this game I've had fun. Some days the buzzing red nose just gets on my nerves, and the patience required is too much. This is especially true if you've spent a long day looking after other people's children. One comforting aspect of the game is that you can always take the batteries out. That way, everyone's a winner, in more ways than one.
