My hubby just needed a new pencil lately, and I managed to buy him one. It is made by Peligraph, with the model 505, and the type of the thickness is 2B. It says there it is a superior lead, and it has a logo of 'P' (in some ways I think it is almost the same as the Pentel 'P' logo). The 2B pencil type is really good, I mean, it's been widely used in our country and even in the requirements for students' exams. This type of pencil enables computer to detect the students' answer because of its thickness. I myself, though never used this brand before, also often used the 2B pencil type when I was a student. There are many brands that release this type but unfortunately not all of them are the genuine 2B type. I'm sure that Peligraph is the genuine one. This pencil is not so fragile (though you can't compare it with famous brands'). And the grip is comfortable, even for my hubby's big and long fingers. The color of the pencil is almost the same as Staedtler; it's blue-colored. The tip is quite firm and doesn't break easily. All in all, this is a good pencil, despite its cheap price.
