A wheel and a foam covered axle with hand holds is all that comprises this simple design. From a kneeling position you just roll the wheel away from your body and back again as long as you can or at least ten minutes a day. Its so easy that anyone can do it, young or old. (My six year old grandson gets a kick out of playing with it.)
The salesman at the sporting goods store said that it is the best selling piece of exercise equipment he carries. He wasn't sure whether it was because of its effectiveness or because of the low price. I think probably, both are true.
A lot of people have had good results with the wheel, and I just wish I could get into the habit of using it so that I could say I, too, have had good results!
