This was a great game to play. It mixes hand-to-hand combat with guns. You have a lot of moves and the action is challenging and fast-paced. Best of all, is that you learn many new combat moves (at least over 20 and they still remain useful at any point of the game) as you play through levels. This is important to notice because a lot of action games only have a handful of moves that you use throughout the game. Only play the PC version as the PS2 version has terrible 40 second load times. I also like how the protagonist, Konoko, can have a couple of taunts for enemies that you can use after you defeat them, such as laughing at them or shouting, "So There!" The game controls well and the styles of combat never feel repetitive; the throws, kicks, and punches you use vary and you cannot button mash your way through.
Lastly, there are two endings that you can choose based on a decision you make on a person who betrays you, giving the game some replay value. This is definitely a game worth playing on your PC.
