Great Service, But No Online Reservation..

I was looking for a cheap ticket to Jakarta when the travel agent where I used to reserve tickets offered me Sriwijaya Air. At that time Sriwijaya offered a ticket promo so the ticket was very cheap. So I took it. I had never been with Sriwijaya Airlines before, so when it came on my first experience using this airline, all I can say is this: Awesome! I arrived at the airport early and had to wait more than one hour before the departure time. But you know what, they provided a nice lounge for passengers to wait, and if that’s not enough, we were even served with snacks and drinks. Not to mention their excellent service to the waiting passenger: full of smiles! The departure was not late, just right on time (I’m comparing with other airlines which are often late, and thank God Sriwijaya wasn’t like them). The plane was a bit smaller (I’m not so sure what type of plane it was, though), and the seats were okay. The in-flight service was great: the stewardesses were putting their best smiles to serve us and magazines and newspapers were there too. I had never been this excited before... Some moments ago, however, I checked their online site, looking for a ticket for my father. And in my disappointment, however, they don’t serve online reservation via their site, but just their flight schedule with the price range and seat class. Too bad, actually, because other airlines provide this kind of service. They do mention, however, some of travel agents that cooperate with them. But of course, this would mean I should go to the travel agents myself to reserve ticket... Oh my... I think they should improve their online service if they want to compete with other airlines...
