When I first got my laptop I knew I needed a case and found one I loved on the Disney shopping site but it was never on sale at a price I liked. I held off for months until it was time for us to go on vacation when I had to get one so I could bring my laptop along.
It was back to school sale time so I started looking there. At Target I found the Greatland Messenger Laptop Bag on clearance for only $3.74. It was along the lines of what I was looking for so I purchased it. I have a 14.5 inch laptop so I needed a bag I could get it easily in and out of with out a struggle. This bag has a large padded computer pocket in the very back that closes with a Velcro strap. They even have a picture of a computer on it so you know which pocket it goes on. In addition to the computer pocket there is also another huge pocket which would be perfect if this was being used by a student to carry books. Under the front flap of the bag there is a clear ID pocket, pockets to hold pens, cell phones and other items you might need. There are 2 mesh pockets on either side of the bag and a zippered felt lined pocket on the outside top for holding an IPOD. It has both a padded carry handle and a nice long over the shoulder strap with a wide padded shoulder piece.
I used the bag on our trip and it worked great for traveling. I was able to carry all of out travel documents in a 3 ring binder inside, several pens for notes, 2 digital cameras, all cords and chargers all in one place. I did find it a little big for everyday use though so I purchased a smaller bag for that but I will continue to use it when we take the laptop on vacation.
