I had Konecto Prestige installed in my small business (600 sq. ft.) by a professional installer. It is only six months old, and the planks are lifting at the seams in several areas, in the two rooms it is installed. it was installed over a concrete slab, which was NOT tested for hydrostatic pressure. The floor is failing fast. As the planks lift at the seams around the outside of the floor, there is evidence of mold under them. underlayment was not deemed necessary by the flooring company or the installer, or the manufacturer. But now there is condensation, mold and tripping hazard in my business. I have sealed the rising seams with clear packing tape, and await a verdict from my insurance company. I am SO sadly disappointed in this product, and the manufacturer's claim of "invalid warrantee" if improperly installed. Product DOES scuff easily but is overall, a beautiful floor, too bad it will probably go in the dumpster (along with $4000)
