Working out is one of my biggest concerns. I try everything, from yoga to running. One day, while I was strolling around the mall, I saw these Trim Sports Hoop hanging on the store's windows. Some background information about myself is that I love to hula hoop. It was one of my favorite childhood hobby. I used to hula hoop for hours while watching television and reading books. I even walked around with it. Many people told me that hula hooping can slim your waist, so I tried to hula hoop as much as I can. Anyways, seeing these colorful hula hoops caught my attention. I took a closer look and found out they are exercising hula hoops. Perfect! Why not lose weight while doing what I love. They have different weights for different levels of fitness depending on the person weight. I bought the five pounds one since my weight is in between 90-110. The instructions tell you to hula hoop thirty minutes a day. Beginners should do less because it can be quite painful. My first time, I got bruises on my waist and hip because I takes time for your body to get used to the heavy hula hoops. After awhile, I can see results around my waist. But be warn, this is not an easy way to trim the waist. First off, you have to know how to hula hoop. Then you have to be patience. Noting can be accomplished over night.
