The name of this product is Chocolate Smooth Move. I wonder who picked that name? I can just hear all of you laughing right now!

Anyways, this product is an alternative to taking laxatives. Now I know everyone of you has taken a laxative and since we are all adults, we can have this conversation. You know what happens when you take a laxative right? It's like a poison in your system and your body reacts by flushing out your entire system. It is not a gentle process either, it's all or nothing!

This Herbal Tea is a gentle stimulant. The main ingredient is Senna. Senna is a plant and the leaf is what is used as the stimulant. Senna belongs to the chemical class knows as anthraquinones. Anthraquinones help to keep more water in your intestines which will help you have smoother movements.

The tea also contains breadnut seeds, licorice root, cocoa seed extract and carob. The tea has a slight nutty and chocolate flavor and there are only 2 calories in each cup of tea.

To use simply take one tea bag and add it to 8oz. of boiled water. Cover the top of the cup and let it steep for at least 10 minutes. Squeeze the tea bag to release all of the extract. For best results it's recommended that you drink this at bedtime. I have taken it during the day and had no problems. It generally takes about 6 to 8 hours for results, even thought the box says it takes 6 to 12 hours, I have found that it works in 6 hours. It will give you a soft movement verses the faucet action with most laxatives.

There are some warnings on this product for using it for more than 1 week unless directed by your doctor. Certain diseases and conditions are affected by taking Senna, so you should talk to your doctor first, before you use this tea.

Sometimes we all need a little help. This is the natural way to get things moving.
