Recently when I was in HEB, I remembered that I needed paper towels, but HEB didn't carry the brand that I like and use most often. So I picked up a brand that I knew would not be as good just because I was in a hurry and didn't want to make an extra trip.

Hill Country Fare Paper Towels are OK in a pinch, but I definitely would not use these towels on a regular basis. They aren't very strong, each perforated sheet is a smaller size, and they aren't very absorbent. Also, when I tear off a sheet at the perforation, because of the thinness of the towels they don't always tear correctly and will rip in places where there are no perforations. Hill Country Fare does offer a refund on their towels if you aren't completely satisfied, but they didn't cost me that much so I'm not even going to bother with the hassle. There are 8 rolls in a pack. The package doesn't say anything about recycled materials being used.

As I said before, in a pinch they do OK, but I definitely will not be getting these towels again.
