This cookbook is organized, has some great recipes that are definite favorites, includes a ton of full-color pictures of the finished products, and has something for every ocassion. But, what I like best is that it has two quantities available for each recipe. To me, that is what makes this book truly unique.
For each food, there will be two recipes, one for smaller groups (like a family meal), and one for larger groups (like that potluck dinner you just don't know what to make for).
It's a good size book, about an inch or so thick, and 9" x 11" tall. It includes recipes for appetizers, poultry dishes, meats, seafood entrees, side dishes, and desserts. My kids absolutely LOVE the carrot cake recipe, and I was easily able to tweak it a bit, to make carrot coconut muffins (when I make these, they refuse to eat anything else until they're gone).
If you're looking for some great recipes, I highly recommend this book.
