The Story of Hook is like a sequel to the original Peter Pan story. Peter is no longer the young and spry boy that tormented Captain hook and the pirates but now an adult. Robin Williams plays this lead role and comes out of retirement to once again lead the lost boys who are still lost after all this time.

The game however, is not worthy of the license. First of all, the controls are clunky. You are armed with a very short weapon that gives the opponents more chances to hit you. Furthermore you don't glow when you get damaged. When you don't look at the power meter, you'll end up dead soon. You also couldn't control Peter Pan very well. This leads to difficult manuevering and getting hit again. You can't even tell if the opponent is damaged or hit becasue they don't flow either. The game is also a bit pointless. Peter Pan gets damaged when hit by water. Is he hydrophobic or something?

Overall, this game is garbage. It shows some promise when you first play it but it is soon disspelled as you play along. I never had enough interest to finih this game as it was too pointless.
