I just bought myself a new PDA. On Amazon I saw the HP 214 and fell in love with it. I ordered it and a couple of days later it arraived.

When you get it out of the box you realise that the massive 4 inch screen makes the device a bit bigger than other devices but hey that's ok since this is a power machine. The 214 lies nice and comfortable in your hand. If feels solid and the quality is amazing.

The HP 214 comes with a very unique feature. You can add Compact Flash and SecureDigital memory cards at the same time. This means you can add plenty of storage to it. The HP 214 comes without GPS but there is no problem to add a Compact Flash GPS card to it.

The battery charges within 2 - 3 hours and last all day. I listen to music on my way to work (30 minutes) and the battery charge goes down only by about 5%. The PDA also has a little light sensor at the top which detects how bright it is. If it gets darker it will turn down the backlight automatically to save battery power.

Hewlett-Packard also equiped the device with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The Internet Explorer that is preinstalled is pretty bad but you can simply download the Opera browser for free which enables you to browse websites just like on your desktop.

The PDS also comes with Windows Media Player, Office Mobile (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, OneNote), a couple of games and other nice programms. You can of course download plenty of software from the internet.

All together this device is a must have for everyone. I love it.
