This morning I went outside without putting on any SPF to take out my dog, Frankie. I try to not go out in the sun without putting on a cream with sun protection, so I felt guilty about it. It was only for about 10 - 15 minutes or so, but still.
A little later on, I was hanging out on my porch with my family, watching Frankie bask out in the sun. I realized again, I was out there without protecting my skin.
I promised myself as I was coming back inside the house to put on SPF because I knew I would go back outside again sometime today. When I came back into my room, the idea of putting on my usual day cream, Neutrogena Healthy Defense SPF 30 didn't appeal to me. I've had a problem with it clumping on my skin, and I didn't want to deal with it today. I remembered that I had this sample by Exuviance that I'd been wanting to try for a while.
This product has broad spectrum sunscreen in it, so that makes me feel confident. It is also non-comedogenic (Won't clog pores and cause pimples) and is oil-free, both are things I look for in skin care items that I use on my face. I found this to be unfragranced. Fragrance is not listed in the ingredient list. This product applies really well, very smooth and spreadable. It can be described as a lotion that is creamy and light. Right after I applied it, my skin looked shiny, but it was just because my face was still wet with product. Once it was dry, my skin looked normal. All ingredients can be seen in the second picture in the gallery. A notable ingredient in here is N-acetylglucosamine which is said to help firm skin, improve skin tone and fade fine lines.
I would buy this product. It applied so much better than the Neutrogena product I use. I recommend it. It costs $32.00 for a 1.75 fl. oz. size on their website.
